Cabinets are hosted in Datacasa, Istanbul Başakşehir — a Tier 3 data center with carrier-neutral networking, low latency to Europe/Middle East and 24/7 physical access.
Electricity is metered via PDU at 13 TRY/kWh. You pay only for measured consumption — no fixed power block unless you request one.
