Rack Colocation in Istanbul and Ankara — 10U, 21U and 42U Cabinets

Rack colocation means renting a private rack with locked front and rear doors in a data center. You place your servers, switches, firewalls and storage in it, while power, cooling, network and physical security come from the data center. Hardware and data stay entirely yours.

We offer rack colocation in our data centers in Istanbul and Ankara, built to Tier 3 standards. Choose the location in the quote form, or build a redundant setup across both. The same contract, SLA and support team apply in both.

Choose the site closest to your users: Istanbul for Marmara and Europe-facing traffic; Ankara for public sector, enterprises and Central Anatolia users. Rack colocation is quote based. Price depends on rack size and count (10U / 21U / 42U), power (kW) and feed type (single / A+B), bandwidth and port speed, IP block, location and contract term. Leaving room for switches, patch panels and cable management, roughly up to 8 1U servers fit in a 10U rack, up to 18 in 21U and up to 38 in 42U. 2U servers take two units. Calculator: rack unit (U) guide.

Rack consumption is metered per kWh at the PDU with a monthly usage report. The quote allocates kW to the rack and states the unit rate. Size power from real load, not nameplate: typically 1–2 kW for 10U, 2–3 kW for 21U and 3–8 kW for 42U. Single feed is standard; A+B dual feed is available on request. Choose a line speed of 100, 200, 300 or 500 Mbps, or 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 Gbps. All lines are symmetric: download and upload speeds are equal. Racks come with a 1 Gbps port; lines above 1 Gbps use a 10 Gbps port, and multiple ports are available. No overage is ever billed without your knowledge and approval.

Yes. Our network is announced over BGP from our own AS211804. If you have your own ASN and IP block, we set up the BGP session free of charge (valid LOA and route objects required). Otherwise you can rent IPv4 blocks from /29 to /24. IPv6 /64 is free in Istanbul. More: IP address services.

We commit to 99.8% monthly availability for network and power. If we fall short, 10% (99.8–99.5%), 25% (99.5–99.0%) or 50% (below 99.0%) of that month’s fee is credited to your next invoice. Planned maintenance announced 48 hours ahead and customer-equipment issues are excluded.

Yes. Every rack includes 60 minutes of remote hands per month: power button, cable checks, disk swaps, RAM upgrades, console hookups. Our physical response target is 30 minutes. Reboots and KVM access are free and not deducted. More: Remote Hands & SLA guide.

Yes. Authorized staff listed in your contract can enter the facility 24/7 with prior notice and an ID check. Only people you authorize can reach your rack; equipment receiving is free.

Facility entry uses card / biometric verification and a visitor log; areas are monitored by 24/7 CCTV. Racks have locked front and rear doors. Fire detection and suppression, UPS and generator backed power, cold-aisle cooling and N+1 redundancy are in place. For stronger isolation: private cage or shared rack?

Setup and rack mounting are free. After you approve the quote we prepare the IP and network plan; equipment shipped or hand-delivered is mounted and cabled the same or next business day. Moving a live server: migration checklist.

Choose monthly, 12, 24 or 36-month terms; longer terms are cheaper. On 12-month contracts prices are fixed. On 24-month contracts the first 12 months are fixed; at the start of year two prices may change by at most the trailing 12-month CPI, announced in writing at least 30 days ahead. The electricity unit rate may follow official tariff changes.
