Not every “VDS” is the same. Many services sold under this name place far more customers on a single physical server than it can actually carry; the price of a low monthly fee is a CPU that slows down at peak hours, shrinking memory and unpredictable disk performance. With SistemDC VDS, the resources listed in your plan are reserved for you, and your server runs on KVM full virtualization, isolated from other customers.
The RAM and NVMe disk space you purchase are allocated to your server; they are not shared with other customers or reduced later.
Not a container-based VPS sharing one kernel, but hardware-assisted full virtualization: your own kernel, your own operating system, full root / Administrator access.
We do not place more customers on a physical server than it can carry; a neighbour’s workload does not decide your performance.
Do not decide on price alone: a plan that looks cheap usually means shared resources. At SistemDC, every resource you pay for is yours.

Ubuntu 26.04 LTS is recommended for new projects (standard security maintenance until May 2031). Choose 24.04 LTS (April 2029) for a mature package ecosystem, or 22.04 LTS (April 2027) if you have existing 22.04 automation. Ubuntu 20.04 is also selectable at checkout for legacy compatibility, but its standard security support ended in 2025 — it's not recommended for new deployments.

Yes. Every Ubuntu VDS gets a free /64 IPv6 subnet alongside its IPv4 address, at no extra cost. The details are shown in the client panel and in the activation email.
Servers that expire without renewal are first suspended and then permanently deleted in line with our terms of service. For servers without a backup service, data protection is the customer’s responsibility, and SistemDC makes no commitment to restore that data.
That said, thanks to system-level processes in our infrastructure, there is a high chance that your data can be recovered. In that case, simply open a support ticket from your client area. Our team will then start the recovery work as a priority. The work is carried out for the daily fee of the backup package. Although the process is technically demanding, we see more than 90% of such requests completed successfully.
Recovery is performed with all rights of SistemDC and its privacy policy reserved, and recovered data is delivered only to the registered owner of the service. This practice is not a guarantee; the outcome and duration depend on the state of the data. To eliminate the risk of data loss, we recommend purchasing the backup service and renewing your server before it expires.
