NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following products/services cannot be refunded because they are allocated instantly through third-party providers:
- Domain Name Registration (subject to ICANN & METU)
- SSL Certificates
- cPanel / DirectAdmin Licenses
- LiteSpeed License
- Server Rental / Support Services
- Custom Web Design Packages
Important: Because these services are allocated instantly through third-party providers, they are outside the scope of refunds.
SERVICE CANCELLATION TERMS
Ending a service is very easy! After signing in to your SistemDC account, follow the steps below:
- Sign In to the Client Area - Sign in to your SistemDC account
- Click the "My Services" Tab - View your active services
- Select the Plan You Want to Cancel - Select the relevant service from the list
- Click the "Cancel" Button - Confirm the cancellation
Important Information:
- No invoices are generated for later periods of cancelled services
- For privacy and security reasons, cancellations can only be made by the account holder through the client area
- Your cancellation request is processed immediately
WARRANTY TERMS
All of our services are covered by the statutory warranty terms and the terms of use agreement.
