1U server colocation means placing your own 1U rackmount server in a shared rack at the Istanbul facility, built to Tier 3 standards. The SistemDC Starter plan starts at 4,500₺/mo (excluding VAT); 33 TB of traffic, 1 A / 220 W, 1× IPv4, free KVM and 1 hour of Remote Hands per month are included.

What does 1U mean?

One U (rack unit) is 4.45 cm high at a width of 19 inches. Typical web / application servers come in 1U cases. Check how many U your server is in the rack unit guide first. Tower / ATX cases do not fit in 1U of space; for these the ATX shelf plan is required.

What does the Starter (1U) plan cover?

• Rack: 1U shared rack
• Power: 1 Amp / 220W (higher tiers as an add-on)
• Network: 1 Gbit/s uplink · 33 TB monthly traffic
• IP: 1× IPv4 + IPv6
• DDoS: Basic (network level, volume-based)
• KVM + Remote Hands: free KVM; 1 hour of Remote Hands per month

Price and term discounts

Monthly 4,500₺. When ordering, 3-month (3%), 6-month (5%) and annual (10%) prepayment options are listed. There is no setup fee; VAT (20%) is not included in the prices.

1U or 2U?

For a single server / low disk needs, 1U is enough. For multi-disk storage or higher heat/power, look at 2U Business (5,500₺) or 4U Advanced (9,850₺, 2A included). Beyond a few servers, rack rental becomes more economical.

How do you get started?

1. From the plan page choose Starter.
2. Complete the order (setup is free).
3. Deliver the server by shipping or by appointment; include the rail kit and power cables.
4. Installation + IP the same / next business day; verify the network with the Looking Glass tool.
