A Windows VPS is a Windows Server virtual server with resources separated by KVM. It is managed over RDP (Remote Desktop); IIS, ASP.NET, MSSQL and Windows software run natively. You have Administrator access.

Elsewhere, “Windows VPS” often means shared cores. SistemDC WIN-S / M / L / XL plans are a 100% Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS): enterprise Intel Xeon, unshared cores, enterprise / datacenter NVMe. Not a VPS.

Yes. These are not consumer SSDs; the plans use enterprise / datacenter-class NVMe drive models.

They are built for high IOPS, low latency and datacenter endurance. The difference versus SATA SSD is clear on web, database, WooCommerce and cache workloads. NVMe is standard on all Turkey-location Linux and Windows VDS plans.

Plans run on enterprise-class Intel Xeon servers. Cores are given 100% dedicated (not shared).

Clock speed is typically 3.97 GHz and is never offered below 3 GHz. With 2 cores you get about 7,000 MHz of CPU, fully unshared.

This is not a VPS; it is a 100% Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS).

No. A permanent Windows Server licence is not included in the plan price. The server is delivered with Microsoft’s free 180-day evaluation licence. When it expires you need to enter your own product key or request a reinstall through support. You choose Windows Server 2022 or 2025 when ordering.

No. Backup is not included in the plan price. At checkout you can choose a monthly, weekly or daily full image under Backup Service; the fee depends on the plan’s disk size (100₺ monthly / 150₺ weekly / 200₺ daily on the 60 GB plan; 400₺ / 500₺ / 600₺ on the 480 GB plan). Leave it empty if you do not want it. Restores are carried out by our technical team on request.

There are three tiers at checkout. Standard is included in the plan price (tickets, 24/7 infrastructure, reinstall). Priority is 250₺/mo (WhatsApp, ~2-hour response). Managed is 1,500₺/mo (OS/panel/web stack). Read the full scope from the ! icon next to each option.

Windows Server 2022 and Windows Server 2025 are offered at checkout (Turkish / English). When the evaluation period ends, our support team helps with reinstallation. All Server editions come with the 180-day evaluation licence.

Yes. You are given Administrator rights on the server; you can install software, manage services and configure the system.

Yes. Every Windows VPS is assigned a free /64 IPv6 block alongside its IPv4 address; there is no extra charge for IPv6. The address details are shown in the client area and in the activation e-mail.

Windows VPS / VDS plans are hosted in Istanbul (Turkey), in a data center built to Tier 3 standards.

Setup starts automatically after payment; the RDP details are sent via the panel and e-mail. The time may vary depending on demand.

Yes. rDNS (Reverse DNS) can be managed from the client area.

Choose a Windows VPS for Windows software, .NET/IIS and desktop needs; for web/API/Docker, choose a Linux Turkey VDS.

Think of your Windows VDS disk as a suitcase. The traffic quota is how many times you can fill and empty that suitcase in a month. Uploads and downloads both count.

WIN-S: 60 GB disk, 3 TB → about 50 times the disk.
WIN-M: 120 GB disk, 5 TB → about 40 times.
WIN-L: 240 GB disk, 7 TB → about 30 times.
WIN-XL: 480 GB disk, 10 TB → about 20 times.

For RDP, accounting software, IIS or a small site this is usually more than enough. To use it up you would copy the whole disk over and over all month. The port is 1 Gbit/s; short bursts are fine.

In short: the server does not shut down, no extra invoice arrives, only the connection slows down. RDP stays up.

When the quota is used up the port drops to 10 Mbps. The desktop still opens; large file copies get slow.

On the 1st of the next month the counter resets and full speed returns. Buy extra traffic from the panel traffic box or open a ticket. Nothing is charged without asking you. Details: Fair Use Policy.

Servers that expire without renewal are first suspended and then permanently deleted in line with our terms of service. For servers without a backup service, data protection is the customer’s responsibility, and SistemDC makes no commitment to restore that data.

That said, thanks to system-level processes in our infrastructure, there is a high chance that your data can be recovered. In that case, simply open a support ticket from your client area. Our team will then start the recovery work as a priority. The work is carried out for the daily fee of the backup package. Although the process is technically demanding, we see more than 90% of such requests completed successfully.

Recovery is performed with all rights of SistemDC and its privacy policy reserved, and recovered data is delivered only to the registered owner of the service. This practice is not a guarantee; the outcome and duration depend on the state of the data. To eliminate the risk of data loss, we recommend purchasing the backup service and renewing your server before it expires.
