Steps

  1. Check the infrastructure status page.
  2. Confirm the service is unreachable via Looking Glass / external ping.
  3. Open a ticket with service ID, IP, start time, attack type (if known) and sample logs.
  4. Close unused ports; for game/UDP services keep only required ports open.
