I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Short answer: Use the password-reset link on the login page and follow the email you receive. Check spam if it is missing.

Steps

Open the login page and choose forgot / reset password.
Enter the email address on the account.
Check inbox and spam for the SistemDC message.
Open the link and set a new password.
Sign in again with the new password.

If no email arrives or you cannot access the account email, open a ticket. Identity verification may be required. Create a support ticket
