How do I use Looking Glass for ping / traceroute?

Short answer: Looking Glass lets you run ping / traceroute / MTR from the SistemDC network. The tool is at lg.sistemdc.com.

Steps

Open lg.sistemdc.com.
Select a source location if offered.
Enter the target IP or hostname.
Run ping, traceroute or MTR.
Paste latency and loss lines into a ticket when needed.
