How do I book a site visit?

Short answer: Data-center entry requires a booked visit / visitor registration. Address and entry steps come from the current facility info / ticket reply — this article does not invent an address.

Steps

  1. Prepare date, time window and visitor full name / ID details.
  2. Open a support ticket with “Site visit” in the subject.
  3. Include the colo / cabinet service ID and purpose of visit.
  4. Wait for the confirmed appointment and entry instructions; bring ID.

If these steps do not fix it, open a support ticket and include service ID, IP and what you already tried. Create a support ticket
